MTG Liliana of the Veil Foil Signed Modified Full Art Alter, Extremely Rare VHTF
ARTIST SIGNED, Full Art Altered, Foil Liliana of the Veil. “Only 15 ever printed” as per ABU Games video (see link below). As noted in other auctions. The card has a foil print on top of a non-foil version of Liliana of the Veil from the Innistrad set (the foil print is cutout around the name of the card, loyalty abilities, artist, and number so it’s visibly apparent that the actual card behind the cutout is a true Liliana of the Veil). This card is stupid hard to find, and is perfect for any Lili collector. It clearly has signs of serious play, hence the foil cracks on the edges and the spots on front to the left of the signature. But this is what happens with prints of this nature; when the foiling is not created the same way as something factory-printed. I personally think it looks pretty cool, and adds to the rarity factor. Overall, I consider it heavily-played. All altered cards have to be approved for any dci sanctioned tournament play by official wizards of the coast mtg judges. I only play casually and at some LGS tournaments time to time. It definitely sparks attention. It’s of course kept double-sleeved, but note that the card is ever-so-slightly thicker due to the adhesive foiling. Depending on the harshness of the judges, this may not be legal at legitimate tournaments… But that doesn’t take away from the rarity factor to a true collector. More info on Altered Prints. MTG Planeswalker Liliana of the Veil BROKEN HAND EDITION Extremely Rare
Hello everybody, Here’s a very rare Broken Hand Edition Liliana of the Veil. It’s been stamped by the artist Steve Argyle in 2012. He used a rubber stamp to sign his cards after suffering a serious hand injury. This is certainly a rarity that won’t be found often. Perfect conversation piece, it’s one of my favorites. But I’m leaving the hobby. Please judge the card condition yourself from the pictures, I’m not a professional card grader but from my experience it would be somewhere between moderate to light play condition. There’s a small line on the left of the card as pictured. I believe this is from the stamp itself. I usually scan my cards, but my scanner is currently broken. Sorry for the inconvenience.
